WAREHOUSING
LOGISTICS

A distinctive feature of ALS is its ability to offer customised solutions using the know-how gained in different markets and thanks to the "structural" opportunities the Group is able to provide its customers with: storage areas; a dynamic fleet of vehicles; High Value materials management and tracking by serial number, production batch and expiry date.

E-COMMERCE
HANDLING

ALS provides a complete E-commerce Handling service with direct management for customers and industry-leading marketplaces: «next day» and «nominated day» shipments, premier home delivery (Milan area), and customer returns management.
Numbers: 2022 E-Commerce reached 19% of turnover. 2.1 million shipments, 3.1 million lines shipped, 4.5 million products shipped.

TRANSPORT
& SHIPPING

ALS provides a complete service of national – international,  express, road, maritime and air transport: ADR transport of dangerous goods, import/export container management, transit point management, customs area management (AEO-F authorised operator), HAZ cargo (management of ADR/dangerous materials), VGM_weighing method 2.

COLD CHAIN
LOGISTICS

We offer temperature-controlled storage and distribution services for fresh and dry food, in full compliance with HACCP regulations, using a modern, efficient and constantly renewed fleet of vehicles.

PUBLISHING
LOGISTICS

ALS provides comprehensive logistics management for books and publishing materials, with an innovative, efficient and forward-looking approach. Its main activities include: new product launches, restocking, coordinated distribution and returns management, with digitised processes, flow traceability and a dedicated customer service team to ensure continuity and support for publishing clients.

RAW
MATERIALS

For the Fashion & Luxury sector ALS provides its customers with an extensive range of services related to raw materials: shipping whole pieces, cutting fabrics to order, inspecting fabrics with a sight glass ready for stitching.
Numbers: 200,000 rolls of fabric, 3 million metres of fabric checked, 1.5 million accessory packs shipped and 100,000 accessory packs checked.

QUALITY
& REPAIR

ALS offers repair services for finished products in the fashion and luxury sectors: statistical and 100% garment inspection, X-ray verification for metal intrusions, accessory inspection, manual ironing, stain removal and replacement of zips and labels. The numbers: 50 dedicated employees, specialised personnel in tailored clothing between outerwear and knitwear, defect management on dedicated software by code, location, extent and repairability.

PROJECT
DESIGN

Study and implementation of tailor-made solutions based on the most complex needs: operational flow analysis, sector benchmarking, process reengineering through warehouse layout redesign and implementation of automated solutions.

CUSTOMER
SERVICE

We deal with start-ups of logistics warehouses in Europe and all over the world and training local staff, we provide and implement an after-sales support service with 70 specialised staff, processes and local staff training, Control Room with IT management and network activities.
