The ALS SA8000 Social Report is published. It aims to provide clear and transparent information to the multiple categories of Stakeholders about the responsibilities, behaviors and results obtained through the activities carried out during the year 2022.
ALS is among the very few companies in the logistics market certified according to the SA8000 international standards on Social Responsibility and the document also represents a fundamental tool for communicating the consistency of the approach adopted by the ALS Group in guiding social changes, a distinctive trait of the corporate culture and integral part of the way of doing business.
Regarding the financial year under analysis, the SA8000 Report responds to the need for information and transparency expressed by the Stakeholders and describes the changes that have occurred during the year in terms of project focus and activities, reflecting a positioning increasingly oriented towards human capital enhancement and impact generation for the reference community.
