RAW MATERIALS QUALITY CONTROL
Quality control for our Fashion & Luxury sector customers is one of the flagship services offered by ALS.
Fabric checks range from washing tests to treatments (patterns and dips, look and feel, weight), and through to the final needle-ready inspection. We also perform the size check of the accessories.
Our numbers: 3 million metres of fabric inspected, 100,000 packages of accessories inspected.

FINISHED PRODUCT QUALITY CONTROL
We can provide a wide range of services for quality control on finished products:
- statistical and 100% control of the garments received
- specific inspection sequences by product type
- X-Ray check for the presence of metal intrusions
- check the functionality of the garment accessories
- removal of any hanging threads and impurities
- reporting of defects through dedicated software, divided by code, position, entity and repairability
- photographic report of non-compliance
Our numbers: 200 dedicated employees, 4 million garments tested, 35 different encodings of non-conformities sampled.
